Doggy Bag Australia and New Zealand (Doggy Bag), operating from Sydney Australia as a registered company operates in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. However, given the nature of the product we impose certain conditions on the sale to ensure fairness for both you our beloved customers and Doggy Bag.
Our conditions are as follows:
- Returns are allowed within 10 days from placement date of your order and only if the product has not been used. For example, if you’ve purchased the wrong size in either the HandsOn gloves or Doggy Bag.
- We also accept returns if the product is damaged before it gets to you, but cannot accept returns after use, as we are not able to ascertain if you or your pets damaged the product due to negligence.
- All costs associated with returning products is at the expense of the customer.
